Introducing Tej

My name’s Tej, founder of SQUASH-FIT. I’ve been playing squash for over 15 years and coaching for 10 years. Squash & Fitness is my life! Squash was introduced to me by my father (godfather of squash) when the leisure centre next to my school was opened. From thereon, I was on the court every lunchtime, hitting the ball. Vastly improving, I progressed to playing for the Welsh junior team and later, for the University 1st team in the National Finals, moving on to win the Welsh Premier League with Newport Squash Club.
